Free Parking
Free daytime parking is available for vehicles near the trail entrances. RV parking is welcome — a donation box is provided and contributions are greatly appreciated.
Wear Good Footwear
Trails are rocky and uneven. Sturdy hiking shoes or boots are strongly recommended.
Dress in Layers
Weather on the Avalon Peninsula changes quickly. Always bring a windproof jacket.
Watch for Moose
Drive carefully especially in fog or after dark — moose are common on all roads in the area.
